Born on the 13th August, 1991 to the family of Mr and Mrs Umoru,  Millicent Umoru-Osakwua Started her academic journey in St. Philip's Nur/Pry school Jattu-Uzairue, She had her Secondary Education in Sacred Heart Girls Model Sec/Sec Ubaija. She is a graduate of Mass Communication, Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State. Due to her love for education, She further obtained a Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations and Advertising, currently running a Master Degree Program in Nassarawa State University Keffi, she has other Professional qualifications in her quest to acquire more knowledge.
Her determination to contribute her quota in Youth Development made her vied for and won the  National Youth Council of Nigeria election as Social Secretary in 2018, a position she believes has helped to chart a positive course for the Youths.
Pat. Millicent is the National Public Relations Officer of Peace Corps of Nigeria, a platform for which she has been able to put in her expertise by  building and managing the image of the  organisation thereby taking the Corps from the nadir to the admirable great height it has attained today. She write and speaks English,  Etsako and French.
She is skilled in Communication and interaction,
Constructive and Analytical Writing. She is a Goal getter. She is the Head of Publicity,  Nigeria Youth Action on COVID-19. she loves Reading
